Hey everyone,
Paper Crafter's Library Spotlight
Exciting news today! The Paper Crafter's Library has asked me to come back for another company spotlight. They've helped me a lot through the years to get myself out there and to be seen by more people. A big thank you to them - especially Andrea and Karen - for this opportunity :)
Give Aways - yes, two of them!
To switch things up a bit this time I decided to show my new stencil collection. We're celebrating by giving away a set of the stencil designs (3 in total) on both the Paper Crafter's Library blog AND on mine. So, you have two chances to win.
Here's a link to the Paper Crafter's Library spotlight on my company and the give away. Just leave a comment on their blog to qualify for their give away: http://blog.papercrafterslibrary.com/featured-company-designs-by-ryn-3/
Simply leave a comment at the end of this post. I'd love to hear about which examples you love and why or how you would like to use these stencils on your own art. Please either leave me a way to get in touch with you or be sure to check back here next Wednesday the 15th. I'll be announcing the winner then.
The Stencils - 1,2 and 3

Beautiful samples and great masks. I love the first two the colours are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSuperbs project! I love "Floral Spirals" by Miranda's the most...I really like play with stencils they put a lot of texture and dimension to my project and all your stamps are faboulus!!!
ReplyDeleteI follow you on Facebook, and the creations made by people using your stamps and now your stencils are always wonderful to see! I really loe all the waterdrop stamps - so realistic and they add so much to any design.
ReplyDeleteI love the Flowing Branches stencil. I just joined two art swap groups on Facebook and am enjoying learning about and creating mixed media art. Thank you for the giveaway! I just placed an order with your company this weekend and am so excited to receive my stamps. I can hardly wait!
ReplyDeleteThese are really gorgeous Ryn, my favourite is the flowing branches. It looks great as a branch and stood up as a tree too and could work for every season
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy to see these stencils and the carsds made with it, love them all ,but the maidenhair fern stencil the most.I think it has endless possibilities to use,
ReplyDeleteWOW, I am in love with the beautiful maidenhair fern stencil... I just LOVE your stamps too, so by the way... great news they will be sold in the Netherlands as well!
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful stencils, Ryn. I would love to win
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful, but I think my favourite is Miranda's piece with the Floral Spirals which echo beautifully the shape of the stamp and in such lovely colours. The Flowing Branches are good as the centre piece of a card and the other two are more useful as backgrounds. The Maidenhair Fern looks great on Shirley's sample with all those glorious greens and the other two with the butterflies as well work well, and I particularly like the two tone background with the bright blue butterfly. Eileen uses colour beautifully with the Flowing Branches and your water droplets which all look so realistic whichever one you choose. How clever to use the Floral Spiral to enhance the look of the water in Wendy's piece, and Alice's idea of using leaves as a topper and then the Branches in the background with the ink spatters is great too. x
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, these all are so inspirational. Makes me all a twitter to look at these.

These are works of art. The koi is so pretty. the colors are bright and vibrant.
ReplyDeleteThe stencils will be so useful. I'm often wanting a small branch or some leaves to fill in a space - these will work great.
thanks for the chance to win them. Best of luck to you for the future
The stencils are lovely my favourite is the floral spirals. Miranda's piece is stunning.
ReplyDeleteGreat stencils, I love all the different examples. I like to art journal and would love a chance to win them. I'm off to check out your stamps. I just discovered you through paper crafter's library and am happy I did.
ReplyDeleteOfcourse all stencils and artwork is lovely! To pick a favourite... I like the treebranches, great for a focal point. The leaves: I've been wanting leaf stencils like these for a while - great for backgrounds or to dress up the tree, so background around the edges or a focal point. The swirls: They are more abstract, so while more difficult to envisage how to use it, I think this is a very versatile stencil - go floral, abstract, royal, magical, watery - very diverse, this is more a background stencil to me.
ReplyDeleteOfcourse I'd unleash my stash of supplies on them - modelling paste, paint, ink, embossing ink, glitter...
As for the examples: Love the introversy / unspoken things from Eileens Card, love the colours and bleached look of Shirleys card, Wendy's card makes me want to have the mermaid too (great colouring), love the colourfull moths on Anja's card, the mystique on Miranda's card, the beuatifull life like butterfly in Karin's card, and the inventiveness of Alie's card!
Not fair of you to make us choose ;).
Debbie / Daqa
