Wishing all of you a good weekend. Wherever you are I hope you get sunshine :)
Today I am happy to showcase Guest Designer Karen Clare a.k.a. The Clock Lady. I saw her mixed media creations a little while ago and was especially drawn to her amazing clocks. They are something completely different. I asked her to do a guest spot with some of my designs and have been excited to see what she would come up with. Here is the result. Just love it!
I wasn't expecting her to combine all of the stamps that I sent in one epic piece! It was a really nice surprise. She combined them beautifully. Karen explains how she put it all together on her blog HERE. Below are the designs that she used from my collection.
The Mateial list for this project:
- MDF scallop square clock base, movement & hands, laser cut MDF numerals
- White stamping card
- Pink & Maroon cardstock
- Distress ink pads, worn lipstick, walnut stain, victorian velvet, tattered rose
- Gold embossing paste
- Various patterned masks/stencils
- Clear embossing powder
- Platinum Stickles
- Seam binding
- Hat pins
- Scrim
- Tim Holtz Eiffel Tower and French Script texture fades embossing folder
- Spellbinders Poinsettia and Girlie Grunge labels dies

A little bit about the Artist...
"I'm Karen, live in Kent UK
I've always been an avid crafter, making keepsake gifts and cards for friends and family.
Now lucky enough to have established myself in the crafting world and found a niche as a craft designer, tutor and demonstrator.
About 3 years ago I started making CD mounted clocks using rubber stamping and decoupage.
They became very popular and as interest in them grew I soon became known as The Clock Lady.
I progressed to larger style MDF clocks and gave just started experimenting with altered art projects.
I love working with Ryn's stamps, the quality is second to none and the designs are just that little bit different and great for Art Journaling too.
Thank you Ryn for giving me the opportunity to work with such lovely products."
A big thank you to Karen to making this awesome project :D If you liked Karen's clock creation I'm sure she would love it if you stopped by her blog HERE.
